Managing Your Billing Settings on TipTree.io

Keeping track of your financial transactions is a critical part of managing your music career. TipTree.io's Billing settings make it easy for you to access and manage your billing information. Here's how you can keep a check on your billing details:

Step 1: Access Billing Settings

Log into your TipTree.io account and get to your Artist Dashboard. On the left-side menu, you'll see a tab labeled "Settings". Click on this, then select the "Billing" tab.

Step 2: Understand Your Billing Information

Inside the Billing tab, you will see a variety of billing information related to your account, including your current balance, recent transactions, monthly invoices, and your payment method.

Step 3: Update Payment Information

To update your payment information:

  1. Click on "Payment Method".
  2. Add a new card or update your existing card information.
  3. Confirm your changes.

Step 4: Review Your Invoices

You can review your past invoices by clicking on "Invoices". Here, you'll see a list of your monthly invoices. You can click on each invoice to view more detailed information.

Step 5: Check Your Balance

Your current balance is displayed at the top of the Billing tab. This includes any outstanding amounts and credits.

Remember, staying on top of your billing details is crucial for the smooth operation of your musician activity. Keep your billing information up-to-date and regularly review your transactions to ensure everything is in order.
