Collecting Tips via Stripe with TipTree.io

Step 1: Access Your Settings on TipTree.io
Log into your TipTree.io account and head to your Artist Dashboard. From the left side menu, navigate to "Settings".
Step 2: Navigate to the "Connect" Tab
Under "Settings", find and click on the "Connect" tab. This is your hub for linking third-party services to your TipTree.io profile.
Step 3: Link Your Stripe Account
In the "Connect" tab, you will see a "Connect Stripe" button. Click on it to proceed with linking your Stripe account.
If you already have a Stripe account:
- You'll be prompted to log into your Stripe account. Fill in your credentials, and follow the instructions to connect your Stripe account to TipTree.io.
If you don’t have a Stripe account:
- Don't worry, you can create one during the connection process.
- After clicking on the "Connect Stripe" button, you'll be taken to the Stripe signup page.
- Fill in the necessary information about your business and personal details, then create your account.
- Once your Stripe account is created, follow the prompts to complete the connection process to your TipTree.io profile.
Step 4: Start Collecting Tips
With your Stripe account now linked to TipTree.io, fans can send you tips using their credit cards or via Apple Pay. All payments go directly to your Stripe account without any holds or delays, providing you with immediate access to your funds.
